Return & refund policy

  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the products to arrange a return by calling us on 0161 834 2213. We will advise you on the procedure for returning the products.
  • You will be responsible for returning the product to us at your own expense.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
  • You must take good care of the products while they are in your care and return them to us in a resalable condition along with all the original parts, packaging, manuals, accessories etc.

  • Your right to return your goods will expire if you do not tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of delivery of the goods.
  • Your right to cancel will not apply if you inform us that you have accepted the products, or if you use the products in a way that implies that you have accepted them; for example, if you permanently alter the products.
  • Where you have received a promotional discount based on the items in your order or the total order value, if you then return some of the products and the products you keep would not have qualified for the promotion, then we may adjust the amount of your refund to remove the discount.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
